Website Redesign for ePublish Yourself!

The Challenge

The original website constructed for ePublish Yourself!, an epublishing and author empowerment site, based on a WordPress theme, no longer worked with some of the older plug-ins, including those that provided the audio for the site’s many interviews. Attracted by the flexibility and power of Divi, from Elegant Themes, John Jerney and Lee Purcell embarked on a top-to-bottom site overhaul to take advantage of the most current WordPress features and improve the overall effectiveness of the site.

The Solution

The capabilities of WordPress for creating elaborate, readily updatable web content have been re-affirmed by many of the current generation themes and Divi is a particularly good example of the recent advances. The update to the site took approximately a week for the core tasks and another week for follow-on enhancements. The new site has received numerous complements and now draws tens of thousands of visitors each month.
